Elke speler wordt in zijn club getraind door een persoonlijke coach of een golfschool binnen zijn club. De regionale verenigingen, Golf Vlaanderen en AFgolf, detecteren jonge spelers in de clubs en helpen hen om van jongs af aan door te stromen naar het hoogste niveau. Eens ze een bepaald niveau bereikt hebben, kunnen spelers ge\u00efntegreerd worden in het Belgian Team en deelnemen aan nationale trainingen. Hier ligt nadruk op course management en performance. Spelers kunnen worden geselecteerd voor internationale toernooien, Europese kampioenschappen en wereldkampioenschappen.<\/p>\n
